Dental City is a dental supply company providing supplies to the oral care industry throughout the U.S. This was a direct mail campaign that earned a nice return. It was designed as a tri-fold with a rewards booklet inside that easily pulls off, a spot for the dental reps business card and3 tear out coupons each good for a particular month. The customer gets a discount on the supplies and also receives a reward each month the order is placed.
